Passa Privacy Policy

Passa is a staffing marketplace for Swedish pharmacies and pharmacy professionals. This policy explains how Passa handles information when people visit the website, create an account, apply for or publish shifts, and optionally connect Google Calendar.

Information we collect

We collect information users provide when creating and using a Passa account, including name, email address, phone number, profile information, professional credentials, shift applications, and scheduling information. For pharmacies, we also collect organization and work-location information.

How Passa uses information

We use this information to operate user accounts, display and manage shifts, support applications and scheduling, provide requested notifications and integrations, maintain platform security, and improve Passa. Passa does not sell personal information.

Google Calendar data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Passa requests Google Calendar access only after a signed-in user chooses to connect a calendar.

Passa reads calendar events to display scheduling conflicts alongside available shifts.
Passa creates, updates, or removes calendar events for the user's accepted Passa shifts.
Passa does not use Google Calendar data for advertising and does not sell Google user data.
Passa does not share Google Calendar data except as necessary to provide the calendar features requested by the user.

Users can disconnect Google Calendar from Passa settings. Disconnecting revokes the connection and removes the stored authorization tokens.

Passa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Passa uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and authorization tokens. Data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide Passa, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users can disconnect Google Calendar independently or delete their Passa account from Settings. Account deletion removes associated account data in accordance with applicable retention requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of their personal data. Users may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Cookies

Passa uses essential browser storage and cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used only where permitted and with any consent required by law.
