Passa Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Passa provides a staffing marketplace that helps Swedish pharmacies and pharmacy professionals discover, apply for, coordinate, and schedule work shifts. By creating an account or using Passa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

User accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use Passa only for lawful staffing and scheduling purposes. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts.

Professional responsibilities

Pharmacy professionals are responsible for maintaining any credentials and qualifications required for the shifts they accept and for providing accurate profile and application information.

Pharmacy responsibilities

Pharmacies are responsible for providing accurate shift, workplace, rate, schedule, and role information and for conducting the checks required before selecting a professional.

Shift agreements

A confirmed shift is an agreement directly between the pharmacy and the professional. Passa provides tools for discovery and coordination but is not the employer of pharmacy professionals and is not a party to the underlying work agreement.

Payments

Payment for completed shifts is arranged directly between the pharmacy and professional outside Passa. Separate fees charged by Passa for use of the platform are disclosed during the relevant purchasing or onboarding process.

Google Calendar integration

Users may optionally connect Google Calendar to identify scheduling conflicts and synchronize accepted Passa shifts. Users remain responsible for reviewing their schedules and can disconnect the integration at any time. Handling of Google user data is described in the Passa Privacy Policy.

Cancellations and conduct

Users should promptly communicate cancellations and behave professionally. Repeated no-shows, misleading information, abuse, or violations of these terms may result in account restrictions or termination.

Availability and liability

Passa is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Passa is not responsible for user conduct, workplace incidents, payment disputes between users, or decisions made by pharmacies or professionals.

Account termination

Users may delete their account from Passa settings. Passa may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swedish courts.
